Title
Exploring Patient Level Barriers and Facilitators for Human Papillomavirus Vaccine Opportunities in Young Adult Survivors of Childhood Cancer in Rural Pennsylvania
Objective
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the impact of demographics including urban or rural residence at time of cancer diagnosis, cultural and religious factors, health beliefs including vaccinations, family beliefs as well as perceptions about HPV and the HPV vaccine, on HPV vaccination outcomes among young adult survivors of childhood cancer.

Aim 1: To determine the proportion of young adult cancer survivors who have received 1 or more doses of the HPV vaccine > 1 year since completion of cancer directed therapy.
Hypothesis: Among young adult cancer survivors who are > 1 year since completion of cancer directed therapy, > 50% of the survivors are likely to have not received 1 or more doses of the HPV vaccine.

Aim 2: To determine the factors associated with HPV vaccination in young adult survivors of childhood cancer.
Hypothesis: Lack of knowledge about HPV, lack of knowledge about HPV vaccine, safety and efficacy, lack of provider recommendation, rural county location at time of cancer diagnosis, cultural and religious beliefs and family belief/disbelief in government and authorities will lead to lower vaccination rates in young adult survivors of childhood cancer

Aim3: To evaluate the impact of the location (urban vs rural) of residence at time of cancer diagnosis on HPV vaccination in young adult survivors of childhood cancer.
Hypothesis: Young adult cancer survivors residing in rural areas at the time of cancer diagnosis are less likely to have initiated HPV vaccination compared to those living in urban counties
